Job Title: Card Services Business Systems Analyst

Dept: Card Services

Position Location: Raleigh, NC. This position does not allow for working remotely from a different state.



Your impact:


As the Card Services Business Systems Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to use your analytical talent and IT aptitude to act as a technical resource for departmental projects and goals. You'll also have the opportunity to use your communication and interpersonal talents as you provide support for our internal customers, interact with system vendors, and act as the liaison between Card Services and the IT staff


The contributions you can anticipate making:


Acting as a technical resource:


Performing systems needs assessment to determine requirements for successfully carrying out Card

Services projects and departmental goals.

Reporting on assessment findings and making recommendations accordingly.

Acting as the subject matter expert and primary contact for any Card Services system inquiries.

Acting as a liaison between Card Services team, IT, and vendors in the analysis, design,

configuration, testing, and maintenance of system changes and upgrades to ensure optimal

operational performance.

Maintaining proficiency with Card Services technology.


Providing system technical assistance:


System testing and troubleshooting.

Providing technical assistance to Card Services team.

Identifying and documenting technical solutions to assist with the improvement in work processes.

Ensuring issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.

Working with management and vendors to complete equipment procurement, when necessary.

Assisting with implementation of process improvements associated with the end-user experience.

Documenting and tracking system functions and changes.

Experience:


Two years of the card processing industry experiences.


Project management experience using agile tracking tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.


Advanced level Microsoft Office products experience.


Education: High School diploma or equivalent; related degree preferred.
